Memorial Services for Howard E. Mercier Jr. “Pee Wee” of Bogue Chitto are 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at Riverwood Family Funeral Services. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, after the memorial service until 8 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Services.

Mr. Mercier, 58, died Jan. 29, 2015, at Cardiac Institute in McComb. He was born on Jan. 6, 1957, to Howard E. Mercier Sr. and Antonia Mercier.

He was a member of Bogue Chitto Baptist Church and worked as a driller in the oilfield.

Preceding him in death were his father; and brother, Louis Mercier.

Survivors are his wife, Ellen R. Mercier; son, Jason H. Mercier; daughter, Alissa Brumfield and husband, Dwayne; step-daughters, Katy Lee and husband, Dustin, Sarah Beth Furr and husband, Samuel, and Rachel White; brother, Brian Mercier; sister, Gwen Dixon; and granddaughter, Juliana Claire White.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Heart Association
