The Lincoln County jail docket for Thursday was follows:

• Terrence D. Hudson, 7-1-91, of 219 Wood Street, Apt. 27 – arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for failure to yield, unlawful sale on counterfeit substance, unlawful sale on less than two grams of methamphetamine, contributing to neglect or delinquency and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

• Terry Kings, 8-28-67 – arrested by the Brookhaven Police Department for shoplifting.

• Aaron J. Moore, 8-29-93, of 312 Tavillion Trail – arrested by the BPD for two counts of burglary all but dwelling, aggravated assault and grand larceny motor vehicle.

• Rashawn Smith, 5-14-85, of 1539 Crump Lane – arrested by the BPD for grand larceny and burglary all but dwelling.

• Lana Swarts, 6-23-71, of 1104 S. Whitworth – arrested by the BPD for contempt of municipal court.

• Calvin C. Tibbs, 4-5-91, of 1937 Oakwood Lane – arrested by the BPD for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

• Karla Wooley, 2-28-71, homeless – arrested by the BPD for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct/breach of peace.
