Brookhaven Police are searching for 30-year-old James Lewis Levi Jr.

Levi is alleged to have shot and killed 21-year-old Deleatric Quarles in an altercation Wednesday afternoon around 5:30 p.m.

The incident took place at an apartment on Williams Street in the Cloverdale complex. Levi is considered armed and dangerous.
