Lincoln County Circuit Court, Brookhaven Municipal Court dispositions, February 2025:

• Buford Demond Wilson (2020-197-LS), charged with possession of 1/10 to 2 grams cocaine, possession of less than 30 grams marijuana with intent to distribute; sentenced to 3 years to serve (count 1), 3 years to serve with 3 suspended and 3 years post-release supervision (count 2), to run consecutively; fines/fees $1,900 plus court costs.
• Patrick Joseph Terrebonne (2023-153-LS), charged with possession of child pornography, 8 counts; blind plea to count 1, counts 2-8 remanded to file; sentenced to 15 years with 12 suspended, 5 years PRS; fines/fees $1,000 plus court costs.
• Eric Flountez Gardner (2024-015-LS), charged with possession of firearm by felon, trafficking of at least 40 dosage unites fentanyl (enhanced by firearm), aggravated trafficking of at least 200 grams methamphetamine (enhanced by firearm); sentenced to 10 years with 10 suspended and 5 years PRS (count 1), 25 years to serve in state penitentiary (count 2), 30 years to serve (count 3) to run consecutively for a total of 65 years with 10 suspended and 5 years PRS, to be served day-for-day with no possibility of parole, fines/fees $34,000; motions for new trial and judgment notwithstanding the verdict denied.
• Dylan Keith Morehead (2024-030-LS), charged with aggravated domestic violence; sentenced to 20 years with 2 suspended and 2 years PRS; fine $5,000 plus court costs.
• Christopher Desmond Gayten (2024-061-LS), charged with possession of 1/10 to 2 grams meth, possession of firearm by felon; sentenced to 3 years with 3 suspended and 3 PRS (count 1), 10 years with 2 suspended for 2 years PRS (count 2), to run consecutively, fines/fees $4,082.37, plus court costs; (2025-002-LS) charged with malicious mischief; sentenced to 5 years to run concurrently with previous sentence, fine/fees $1,982.37, plus court costs.
• Donald Ray Howell Jr. (2023-068-LS), violated parole, sentenced to State Hospital.
• Nikita Blake (2021-148-LS), charged with receiving stolen property; order of nolle prosequi.
• Derrick Dewayne Bass (2024-055-LS), charged with touching, handling child for lustful purposes x2; order of nolle prosequi.
• Corey Trenyaee Lewis (2024-064-LS), charged with possession of stolen property, felony fleeing; no show at trial, bench warrant issued.
• Joseph Kyle Bowman (2024-131-LS), charged with possession of 1/20-2 grams meth; no show for arraignment, bench warrant issued.
• Adam Edger Calcote, charged with simple assault domestic violence, felony malicious mischief; count 1: charge dropped, anger management class ordered; count 2: charge dismissed.
