MCCOMB — A week ago the lives of 11 children and a wife were altered by a car crash in McComb. Brookhaven’s Christopher Woodall, who owned and operated MS Elite Construction, was killed and his wife Shannon Woodall was seriously injured.
A GoFundMe page set up by Jamie Woodall in support of the family alleges someone was speeding and driving recklessly when a driver ran a redlight striking Christopher’s vehicle. The crash occurred on Delaware Avenue.
The Enterprise-Journal reported the accident occurred in front of Popeyes and it was a two vehicle accident.
Funds are being raised through GoFundMe to support the family and cover funeral expenses.
Questions about what exactly happened, who the other driver was and if there were any charges remain unanswered. McComb Police Chief Juan Cloy has not returned phone calls about the incident at time of publication.
