Parents of incoming kindergarten students in the Brookhaven School District can claim free school supplies and a free backpack.

If registration is completed online before July 29, or at one-stop shop at Lipsey Middle School July 26-27, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., or July 28, 8 a.m. until noon. Staff members will give each student’s parent or guardian a ticket once registration is complete.

School supply pick-up will be 8 a.m. until noon July 29 at Mamie Martin Elementary. The child will receive all of his or her school supplies and a backpack.

Information for registration is available at www.BrookhavenSchools.org. Student registration will not be complete until all necessary and appropriate forms and paperwork have been reviewed and approved by staff. Counselors have begun meeting parents who have scheduled appointments. Parents who cannot make appointments can attend the one-stop shop to complete registration.
