Announcing the engagement of Grace Elizabeth Piper, the daughter of Michael Piper and the late Bethany Youngblood Piper, to David Blane Britt, son of Kristi Adams and Kevin Britt. With the help of Michael and Rhonda Piper, their wedding will take place in December.

Miss Piper, of Brookhaven, is the granddaughter of Jack and Shirley Piper of Brookhaven, and Ed and Betty Youngblood of Meadville.

Mr. Britt, of Brookhaven, is the grandson of David and Karen Britt of Wesson, and Howard and Sharon Ann Adams of Union Church.

The bride-to-be is a 2019 graduate of Brookhaven High School and a 2022 graduate of Southwest Mississippi Community College with a degree in practical nursing.

The prospective groom is a 2019 graduate of Loyd Star Attendance Center and a 2021 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College with a degree in diesel mechanics. He is employed as a diesel mechanic for Mobile Forest Products in Monticello.

The bride and groom will exchange vows in December at Ole Towne Church.
