Pounds, Nations

Hannah Pounds and Jordan Nations, both of Brookhaven, announce their engagement and approaching wedding.
Pounds is the child of Julie and Trey Pounds, and the grandchild of Jerry Sharp, Frances Sharp and William Morales, Amarylis and Skip Attix, and Jerrel Pounds.
The 2016 Brookhaven High School graduate is also a 2020 graduate of Mississippi State University, with a degree in business and communication. Pounds is office manager and staffing director at Fresh Cut Catering & Floral in Flowood.
Nations is the child of Amy and Trey Summers, and Lance Nations, and the grandchild of Eunice and Alex Brabham, Susan and Glen Nations, and Anne and Plez Summers.
The 2016 Brookhaven High School graduate is also a 2020 graduate of Mississippi State University, with a degree in business administration and a minor in insurance risk management. Nations is a commercial health insurance salesman at Gulf Guaranty.
Their “children” are a British Lab named Nola and a French Bulldog named Piggy.
Pounds and Nations will be wed on March 5, 2022, at Bridlewood of Madison, after having been together for almost 10 years. The couple is excited to start their life together.
