Michelle Roberts and Jonathan Wilbourn, both of Calera, Alabama, are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Jerry Roberts of Angola, Louisiana, and the late Dottie Roberts of Eddiceton, Mississippi.  She is the granddaughter of the late John Martin and LeNelle Tarver Watson of Eddiceton, the late George Roberts of Bude, Mississippi, the late Weldon and Mabel Thibodeaux LaBorde of Woodworth, Louisiana, and the late Ann Roberts of Houston, Texas.

A graduate of Franklin County High School, Copiah-Lincoln Community College and Mississippi University for Women, Michelle earned an associates in Food Production and Management Technology and a bachelors in Culinary Arts minoring in Food Art and Photography. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Jimmy and Cindy Wilbourn of Starkville, Mississippi.  He is the grandson of the late Kitty Jones of Ripley, TN, Sandra Jones and the late Charles Jones of Raleigh, NC and the late Lamar and Ethele Wilbourn of Senatobia, Mississippi.

A graduate of Starkville High School and Mississippi State University, Jonathan earned a bachelors and a masters in Food Science.  The couple will exchange wedding vows during a 5 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, October 31, 2020, at New Hope Baptist Church in Meadville, Mississippi.  A reception will follow at Trinity Place in McCall Creek, Mississippi.
