\The Brookhaven Academy Lady Cougars (14-6-1) will host their annual softball tournament today at Hansel King Sports Complex.

All four fields will be used as the tourney features junior varsity and varsity play.

The BA varsity plays at 2:20 p.m. in their first game against Simpson Academy and their second game of the day against Magnolia Heights at 5 p.m.

The Lady Cougar junior varsity plays at 9 a.m. against Leake Academy and then at 10:20 against Jackson Prep.

Varsity teams from Newton County Academy, Adams County Christian School, Silliman Institute, Jackson Prep, Leake Academy, Amite School Center, Prairie View Academy, Copiah Academy, Wayne Academy, Marshall Academy, Hillcrest Christian, Tri-County Academy and Centreville Academy will also play in the tournament.
