Copiah-Lincoln sophomore pitcher/infielder Konner Allen recently signed a letter-of-intent to continue his baseball career at William Carey University.

Allen is a Loyd Star product and made 11 pitching appearances for the Wolves last season, including six starts. At the plate he hit .269 while driving in 19 runs. Allen was one of four Co-Lin sophomores to sign with colleges and universities recently as Cameron Hill and Kevin Wright both inked with Blue Mountain College and Joshua Day signed with the University of Missouri.
