On Saturday, the eighth annual Trapping For Trent Memorial Trap Shoot was held at the home of Larry Killingsworth. The event raises money in memory of Trent Killingsworth, a Brookhaven native who died Jan. 28, 2004. Monies raised at the event go toward an endowed scholarship in Killingsworth’s memory at Copiah-Lincoln Community College. Last year, a $2,000 scholarship was awarded to Jarrod Mathis of West Lincoln. Posing with the winners are event organizers Kacey Falvey, Logan Killingsworth and Larry Killingsworth.
