The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

• April Heatherly Nelson, 04/09/1985, 943 Hog Chain Road — arrested for two counts of possession of paraphernalia, by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Adrian Smith, 08/20/2000, 256 Smurr Loop — arrested for capital murder, by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Phillip May, 06/17/1985, 2512 Southeast Cantebury Lane — arrested for reckless driving, by LCSO.
