Jennye and Ronald Greer announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Leah Michelle Greer of Wesson, to Lucas Cade Calvert, of Louisville.

He is the son of Jamie and Speedy Calvert of Louisville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Delores and Hubert Greer of Wesson, Joy Christelle Davis of Wesson and the late Charles Davis.

Miss Greer is a 2010 graduate of Wesson Attendance Center, a 2012 graduate of Copiah- Lincoln Community College and a 2014 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, with a degree in communication studies.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Joanne and Lanoy Adcock of Philadelphia, and the late Jean and Pruitt Calvert of Louisville.

Mr. Calvert is a 2011 graduate of Neshoba Central High School, a 2013 graduate of East Central Community College and a 2015 graduate of the Mississippi State University, with a degree in kinesiology concentrating in sport studies.

Both the bride and groom are employed by Copiah-Lincoln Community College.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at 6 p.m. at Wesson Baptist Church. A reception will follow.

Family and friends are invited to attend the wedding and reception.
