• Tony McGee Jr., 10/21/1998, of 117 East Highland Drive — arrested for simple assault by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Bryan Lavelle Byrd, 11/22/1969, of 1143 Chapel Drive in Summit — arrested for careless driving and first offense DUI by Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• John Jenkins, 08/31/1979, of 1822 Flint Trail in Bogue Chitto — arrested for disturbing the peace by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
