• Donald Eric Gradner, 05/28/1964, of 856 West Lincoln Drive — arrested for shoplifting and public drunkenness by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Misty Lane Prather, 08/24/1980, of 409 Main St. — arrested for contempt of court by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
