Steve Crosby and Melane McCaffrey Crosby announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Kaylie Crosby of Bogue Chitto to Thomas Boyd of Ruth.

He is the son of Glynn Boyd and Elizabeth Wilson Boyd.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Richard and Murlie McCaffrey, Melinda Bales Hughes and the late George Hughes, and Clifton and Dolores Crosby, all of Bogue Chitto.

Miss Crosby is a 2012 graduate of Bogue Chitto Attendance Center and a 2017 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in psychology.

Mr. Boyd is a 2011 graduate of Enterprise High School. He is employed by Southern Tower Service.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, at 6 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto. A reception will follow immediately. All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and reception.
