The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

• Kendrick D. Burks, 11/29/1973, of 1810 Nocona Lane — arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.

• Duncon Segura, 02/09/1999, of 784 Pleasant Grove Road in Monticello — arrested for simple assault by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Joseph Segura, 11/22/1972, of 784 Pleasant Grove Road in Monticello — arrested for shooting into dwelling by LCSO.

• Roy Eugene Thomas, 09/22/1977, of 1010 King Trail in Bogue Chitto — arrested for contempt of city court by Brookhaven Police Department.
