The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

• Dean McKinzie Bessonette, 01/05/1985, of 3740 Bouie Mill Road — arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance and no drivers license by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Dianne Byrd, 01/22/1963, of 1879 Nola Road — arrested for probation violation of Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Samuel J Gayton, 12/31/1986, of 413 Dale Trail — arrested for probation violation by LCSO.

• Brandon Lee Hoggatt, 05/24/1994, of 1387 Gene Road in Bogue Chitto — arrested for probation violation by LCSO.

• Edgar B. Smith, 07/19/1980, of 215 Poplar St. —  arrested for indictment, possession of weapon by conviction and possession of a controlled substance by Brookhaven Police Deparment.
