Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday were as follows:

• Patrick Graham, Sr, 1-9-1975, of 1073 Clarke Travis — arrested for disturbing the peace by the BPD.

• Maurice A. Perkins, 7-13-1980, of 801 E. Washington St. — arrested for disturbing the peace by the BPD.

• Michael Querns, 11-11-1997, of 1360 Field Lark Lane — arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia by the BPD.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
