The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

•Derren J. Brister, 3-8-93, of 1349 Wellman Drive – arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Clark Fugler, 10-26-56, of 1231 Enterprise Road, Bogue Chitto – arrested for disturbing the peace and simple assault by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Gene Fugler, 5-16-28, of 3985 Fugler Loop, Bogue Chitto – arrested for disturbing the peace and simple assault by the BPD.

•Makesha Golman, 9-27-80, of 3915 Bouie Mill Road – arrested for willful trespass by the LCSO.

•Lakendrick C. Lee, 4-16-89, of 923 N. Egypt Circle – arrested for no proof of liability insurance and a probation violation by the BPD.

•Walter M. Owens, 1-16-92, of 825 Turner St. – arrested for the possession of marijuana with intent to distribute by the BPD.

•Kevin White, 6-24-80, of 1414 N. Jackson St. – arrested for taking away of a motor vehicle by the LCSO.
