The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows: 

• Mary M. Costner, 10-15-87, of 822 Denton Trail — arrested for contempt of city court by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Kennon Halford, 6-28-85, of 1224 Strawberry Lane — arrested for simple assault by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jayland A. Moore, 2-2-98, of 414 Old Wesson Road, Apt. 7 — arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace by the BPD.

• Brantley J. Smith, 7-27-89, of 1583 W. Lincoln Drive — arrested for an indictment for unlawful distribution of less than two grams of methamphetamine and two dosages of clozepam and credit card fraud by the LCSO.
