Epp began his cross-carrying journey in North Carolina, and he plans to walk all the way to California. The pastor said he was traveling the country offering the hope of Christ to those he encountered. He said several motorists had stopped and prayed with him since he’s been in Mississippi. Epp and his wife camped at Lake Mary Crawford while trekking through the area.
