The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Friday was as follows:

• Joseph Buie, 03-21-64, of 1644 Northeast Coopertown Road – arrested for possession of marijuana in motor vehicle, first offense DUI and possession of beer in a dry county by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Vincent J. Garry, 08-20-96, of 425 North Fifth Street – arrested for simple assault/domestic violence and no driver’s license (expired) by BPD.

• Rachel R. Howard, 07-25-89, of 1406 Vermont Avenue, McComb – arrested for first offense DUI, no proof of liable insurance, careless driving and failure to yield by Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• James P. Johns, 02-18-86, of 3369 China Grove Road – arrested for contempt of court by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Terril Lenior, 04-04-82, 1162 Old Brook Road – arrested for public drunk and possession of an open beer by BPD.

• Joseph D. Martin, 12-23-78, of 941 Sams Road – arrested for probation violation by Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Van E. Steele, 12-24-68, of 604 East Monticello Street – arrested for shoplifting by BPD.

• Joshua R. Wallace, birthday unavailable, of 3733 Northeast Jackson-Liberty Road – arrested for burglary of dwelling (house) and willful trespassing by LCSO.
