Funeral services for Alberta M. Douglas are Thursday, Oct. 8, 2015, at 11 a.m., at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with burial at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Riverwood.

Mrs. Douglas, 78, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015, at Brook Manor Nursing Home.

She was born on Oct. 1, 1937, to Andy Moak and Laura Jane Sykes Moak.

She was a member of Central Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, James Robert Douglas; brothers, Buddy Moak and Paul Moak; and infant brother and sister.

Survivors are her sons, Jerry Douglas and wife, Tracy; Eddie Douglas and wife, Regina; Phillip Douglas and Shanon Rosenbohm; brothers, David Moak and wife, Georgia; Glen Moak and wife, Carol; sisters, Clara Reid, Neomia Boyte, JoAnn Rials and Cathy Martin; six grandchildren, Heath Douglas and wife, BriAnn, Whitney Douglas, Alyson Pouncey and husband, Carl, Benjamen Douglas, Bradley Douglas and Patrick Douglas and wife, JessLauren; nine great-grandchildren, Gianna Douglas, Trey Allo, Brennon Allo, Caleb Allo, Jackson Hinckle, Brennan Hinckle, Roman Hinckle, Bentley Douglas and Madi Clare Douglas.
