The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reports for Friday were unavailable.

 

River stages

On Saturday, Sept. 19, the Mississippi River stage at Vicksburg, where the flood stage is 43 feet, was 11.7, up 0.3. In Natchez, where the flood stage is 48 feet, the stage was 18.5, up 0.2. The Pearl River at Jackson where the flood stage is 12.0 feet, the stage was 3.3, down 0.1.

 

Fire reports

The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a truck fire at 8:10 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Brookway Boulevard and Highway 51. Firefighters returned to the station at to 8:35 p.m. No injuries were reported.

 

KDMC Ambulance Report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reports 12 calls for Friday; with four transfers, three to Jackson and one to Copiah County. There were eight emergencies, six medical in the city and two motor vehicle accidents in the city.
