Funeral services for Bertie Leah Smith Coke are Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Harrigill Chapel with burial in Mt. Moriah Church Cemetery. Harrigill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015, from 5 until 8 p.m. and will continue Friday, Aug. 14, 2015 from 9 a.m. until the time of service at Harrigill Chapel.

Mrs. Coke, 87, of Brookhaven, died on Monday, Aug. 10, 2015, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. She was born Aug. 23, 1927 in Pleasant Hill to Fred Smith and Gertie Barksdale Smith.

She was retired and worked as a telephone employee for South Central Bell. She was also a member of Easthaven Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and husband, Bolivar Bruno “Bob” Coke.

Survivors are her daughters, Betsy Coke Douglas (Larry) of Lafayette, Louisiana, Jenny Coke Allgood (Larry) of Brookhaven and Debbie S. Coke of Brookhaven; grandchildren, Rachel Delery Ducharme, Kyle Douglas, Jenny Allgood, Aaron Ulmer, Scott Ulmer, Timothy Michael Sonnier and Renee Sonnier Mendoza; and 10 great-grandchildren.
