Funeral services for Wessie Walker Newell are Friday, June 19, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) with burial in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) on Thursday, June 18, 2015, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will continue at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Friday, June 19, 2015, from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Mrs. Newell, 87, of Brookhaven, died Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Haven Hall Health Care Center in Brookhaven.
