Graveside services for Jane Leggett are Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at 3 p.m. at Cold Springs Church of Christ. Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) is in charge of the arrangements. Bro. Wendell Davis will be officiating the services.

Mrs. Leggett, 63, of Bogue Chitto, died on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at McComb Nursing & Rehab Center. She was born Dec. 11, 1951, in Brookhaven to Claiborne Leroy Leggett and Clara Mae Sandidge Leggett Allen.

She was a graduate of Delta State College and worked for many years as a program coordinator at Lincoln Residential Center in Brookhaven. She was a member of Brookway Church of Christ. She loved her church and was also an avid painter. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and brother, Philip “Scoofer” Leggett.

Survivors are her sister-in-law, Connie B. Leggett of Bogue Chitto; nephew, Kevin Leggett of Bogue Chitto; nieces, Amy Leggett Cummings and husband, Shannon, of  Bogue Chitto, and Michelle Leggett of Houston, Texas; and a host of family and friends.
