• Kevin Johnson, 3-12-1972, of 900 Cherry St. – Charged with DUI and improper equipment on a vehicle by Mississippi Highway Patrol. In jail.

• Wesley S. Boyd, 3-5-1988, of 989 Mallalieu Drive SE Lot 10 – Charged with shoplifting by Brookhaven Police Department. Released on bond.

• Lonnie R. Conerly, 7-13-1965, of 300 Williams St. – Charged with DUI, suspended license, no proof of insurance, expired tag and no child restraint by BPD. In jail.

• Hailey Estess, 8-8-1979, of 1061 Dogwood Road – Charged with DUI by BPD. Released on bond.

• Dorothy Case, 9-15-1987, of 2137 Little Rock Road – Charged with contempt of court by BPD. In jail.

• Chanita M. Demyers, 8-1-1990, of 56 Katie Trail – Charged with obstruction of justice by BPD. In jail.

• Demetrius D. Green, 2-20-1991, of 935 Bryant St. – Charged with disturbing the peace by BPD. Released on bond.

• Rickey C. Smith, 11-21-1957, of 854 Howard Road – Charged with disturbing the peace by BPD. Released on bond.

• Samuel Wade, 4-18-1992, of 401 North Industrial Road – Charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and public drunkenness by BPD. In jail.
