• Olivia M. Boyte, 10-18-1990, of 2123 Callender St. – Probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections. In jail.

• Morgan Daix, 11-28-1991, of 2614 Topisaw St. – Charged with attempt to obtain a prescription and conspiracy to obtain a prescription by Brookhaven Police Department. Released on bond.

• Karal Sham Lyons, 11-11-1986, of 401 Crooked Lane, Lot Number Four – Charged with murder by BPD. In jail.

• Jennifer A. Nations, 7-12-1961, of 1040 Highway 51 SE, Bogue Chitto – Serving time by BPD. In jail.

• Thomas James Turner, 2-15-1968, of 1012 Thadison St., – Charged with probation violation by MDOC. In jail.

• Victor Kelly, 12-17-1991, of 2409 Fortune Road – Charged with disturbing the peace and malicious mischief by BPD. In jail.
