Tyler Fortenberry pitched a perfect game for Oddee Smith Construction, striking out 12 batters in an 11-0 Dixie Youth Baseball AAA League victory against AABA at Keystone Park. He also helped his cause with an inside-the-park grand slam home run.

In the other league game, Comfort Zone shaved Brookhaven Enterprise 10-9.

Brookhaven Enterprise got a double from Trace Brady and 2 singles from Blake Allred. Jackson Freeman and Corey Case also hit safely.

In Dixie Youth Major League action Monday night at Keystone, Bane Drugs edged Positive Pest Control 3-2 and Plum Creek shut out Bank of Franklin 3-0.

Parker Travis (4K, 0BB) pitched the shutout win. Garrett Maxwell (6K, 2BB) absorbed the loss.

A home run and a triple by James Beard powered Plum Creek. Keagan Smith, Sawyer Lewis and Grant Jackson singled.

A single by Dane Smith led the bankers.

Bane 3, Pest 2

Krishawn Jackson (9K, 1BB) was the winning pitcher as Bane Drugs rallied for 2 runs in the top of the sixth. John Hilbert fanned 12 batters and walked 3 in a losing cause.

The druggists got singles from Brenden Lofton, Coker Wright and Jackson.

The exterminators were led by Shelby Sterling and Hilbert who doubled. Hayden Walden singled twice.
