Funeral services for Janie Lozelle Wilson Brasseaux, of Church Point, La., are 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, at Duhon Funeral Home, with burial in First Baptist Church Point Cemetery.

     Visitation is Friday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mrs. Brasseaux, 82, died at 4:45 a.m. on Nov. 7, 2012, at her home.

     A native of Wesson, she was a longtime resident of Galliano, La. before moving to Church Point.

     Mrs. Brasseaux will be greatly missed by her survivors, including daughter, Sherry Litchfield, of Cut Off, La.; son, Bill Perrett and wife, Jewel, of Mandeville, La.; stepdaughters, Dianna Gauthier and husband, Johnny, of Franklin, La., and Penny Lynn Brasseaux, of New Iberia, La.; stepson, Chris Brasseaux, of Franklin, La.; sister, Jeanette Stegall, of Brookhaven; brothers, Geral Wilson and wife, Jean, of Crystal Springs, and Thomas Wilson and wife, Dee, of Wesson; 11 grandchildren; 14 step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
