Funeral services for Barbara Thomas McGee,of Bogue Chitto, are 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at RiverwoodFamily Funeral Service, with burial in New Hope Methodist ChurchCemetery.

    Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Mrs. McGee, 61, died Feb. 5, 2012, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Austin, Texas on May 9, 1950, to T.J. andOpal Henderson Thomas.

    She was a wife, mother and grandmother and attended Jackson St.United Methodist Church.

    Preceding her in death were her parents; nephews, Steven Pratherand Jeff Prather; sister-in-law, Rita Richardson; andbrothers-in-law, Paul McGee and Brand Jenkins.

    Survivors are her husband, Larry L. McGee; daughters, Lori Herringand husband, Brock, of Brookhaven, and Candi Raborn and husband,Keith, of Brookhaven; stepchildren, Brad McGee and wife, MaryClair, of Hattiesburg, and Lyndsey Donaldson and husband, Stephen,of Brandon; sisters, Linda Jenkins, of Houston, Texas, and JoyceChildrey, of Virginia; nine grandchildren, Lauren Case Russell,Jerrod Case, Josh Herring, Peyton Herring, Mary Beth Wolverton, SamMcGee, Austin Donaldson, Chelsey Raborn and Randy Raborn; longtimespecial friends, Pam Cartwright, Carol Dodd and Brenda Wall; andnumerous nieces and nephews.
