Funeral services for Edna Deane Deal, of Baton Rouge, La.,formerly of Brookhaven, are noon on Monday, May 2, 2011 atGreenwell Springs Road Church of Christ in Baton Rouge, withgraveside services and burial at 3 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2011 atRiverwood Memorial Park and Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home onNorth Jackson Street is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday from 5 until 9 p.m. and will resume Monday at10 a.m. until the service at the church.

Mrs. Deal, 89, died April 29, 2011, at St. Joseph Carpenter Housein Baton Rouge.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Roy Varnal Deal; and herone daughter, Debbie Ann Rice.

Survivors are her daughter, Beverly Redd and her husband Glen ReddSr., of Greenwell Springs, La.; her five grandchildren; her eightgreat-grandchildren; and her one great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Spencer Redd, Taylor Redd, Shane Redd, RussellYoung, Glen Redd Sr., Glen Redd Jr., Dawson Redd, Michael Redd andJason Labatut.
