Funeral services for Henry E. Temple, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.on Monday, March 21, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel,with burial in Easthaven Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Visitation is Sunday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Temple, 88, died March 19, 2011, at his residence. He was bornin Meadville on July 20, 1922, to Charlie Anderson Temple andAdelia Nettles Temple.

He was a retired boilermaker. He was a member of First UnitedPentecostal Church in Wesson and a United States Army veteran ofWorld War II. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fishand was a devout Christian and a devoted husband, father,grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Edwina SterlingTemple; his brothers, James and Edward Temple; and hisgranddaughter, Vicki Temple Lee.

Survivors are his wife, Dorothy Tarver Temple; his sons, AdrianTemple and wife, Linda, Wayne Temple and wife, Charlotte, and LarryTemple and wife, Sandra; his daughters, June Temple Dupuy andhusband, Leroy, Darlene Temple, Linda Turpin Moulder and husband,Jim, Billie Turpin Stein and husband, Bruce, Sandra Turpin Templeand husband, Larry, and Wanda Turpin Morrow and husband, Brad; hisbrothers, Paul and Ernest Temple; his sisters, Annie Mae Lebouefand Florine Temple; 22 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; andtwo great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jim Moulder, Bruce Stein, Brad Morrow, LeroyDupuy, Jimmy Moak and Jason Moulder.
