Funeral services for Neil Thomas Minyard, of Hazlehurst, are 2p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, at Riverwood Family Funeral ServiceChapel. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Saturday from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Minyard, 39, died Jan. 25, 2011, at University of MississippiMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Texas on Dec. 10,1971.

He was a carpenter. He was a Jehovah Witness. He served in theArmy.

Survivors are his parents, Gregory Thomas Minyard and Deborah JeanBrown; his spouse, Lisa Derouen Minyard; his daughter, Jessica AnnMinyard; his sisters, Nickie Ponder and Rachel Joseph; his nephew,Austin Thomas; and his nieces, Briana Knight, Sydney Thomas andBeatrice Joseph.
