Funeral services for George Sammy Miller, of Bogue Chitto, are 2p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 16, at Riverwood Family Funeral ServiceChapel, with burial in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation was Saturday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Miller, 54, died Jan. 14, 2011. He was born in Mississippi onSept. 3, 1956, to George David Miller and Edna HerringtonMiller.

He was a former president of Topisaw Water Association and a formerchapter president of the McComb Chapter of Gold Wing RidersAssociation. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents, David and Edna Miller; andhis brother, Timmy Miller.

Survivors are his sons, Sammy Joe Miller, of Brookhaven, andCameron Miller, of Bogue Chitto; his daughter, Jennifer Miller, ofHattiesburg; his brothers, Guy Miller, of Collins, and RussellMiller, of Hattiesburg; his daughters-in-law, Samantha Miller, ofBrookhaven, and Amanda Miller, of Bogue Chitto; and hisgrandchildren, Samantha, Destiny, Megan and Deontae Miller, all ofHattiesburg, Ryleigh Miller, of Brookhaven, and Alyssa Miller, ofBogue Chitto.
