Funeral services for Gladys B. Anderson, of McCall Creek, are 2p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, at McCall Creek Baptist Church, withburial in Byrd’s Chapel Cemetery in Franklin County. FranklinFuneral Home in Meadville is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Saturday at the church from 11 a.m. until the time ofthe service.

Mrs. Anderson, 72, died Jan. 6, 2011, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. She was born in Bainbridge, Ga., on Aug.13, 1938, to Louie Brogdon and Audrey Barnes Brogdon.

She was a homemaker and a member of McCall Creek BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents and two sisters.

Survivors are her husband, Dr. Harold Anderson, of McCall Creek;her daughters, Cindy Lee Cater and husband, Jimmy of McCall Creek,Terri Meggs and husband, Mickey of Columbus, and Karen Touchstoneand husband, Ronnie of McCall Creek; her siblings, James Brogdon,C.L. Brogdon, Charles Brogdon, Thomas Brogdon and Thelma Hudson;and her eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
