Funeral services for Bruce Alan Adams, of Summit, are 2 p.m. onSaturday, June 12, at Brookhaven Funeral Home on North JacksonStreet, with burial in New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home andagain Saturday from noon until time of services.

Mr. Adams, 49, died June 9, 2010, at McNairy Regional Hospitalin Selmer, Tenn. He was born on Oct. 3, 1960.

He was a construction contractor and a member of First BaptistChurch in Summit.

Preceding him in death was his father, Marshall William Adams,of Summit.

Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Mae Bracy Adams; his wife,Lisa Adams, of Summit; his sons, Chris Adams and wife, Dana, ofSavannah, Tenn., and Alan Adams, of Summit; his daughters,Stephanie LaMance, of Parsons, Tenn., and Gracy Adams, of Summit;his stepchildren, Beverly and Aaron, of Summit; his children atheart, Chris Colemon and Ryan Johnson, both of Savannah, Tenn.; hisgrandchildren, Jake and Hunter Adams, of Savannah, Tenn., and LizzyLaMance, of Parsons, Tenn.; his brother, Jason Adams, of Summit;his sisters, Marshia Boyd and husband, Mike, and Deborah Erwin andhusband, Bob, all of Summit, and Carmelia Renner and husband,Robert, of Brookhaven.
