Graveside services for Georgia Mae Smith, of Columbia, Mo., are11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5, at Old Macedonia Cemetery inBrookhaven. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m.at the funeral home.

Mrs. Smith, 89, died April 22, 2010, in Columbia. She was bornin Brookhaven on Oct. 9, 1921, to the Rev. George Tillman andVictoria Tillman.

She was retired. She attended and was a graduate of LincolnCounty Public Schools. She was a member of St. Mark MissionaryBaptist Church in Columbia.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her brothers, ClarenceTillman, Edward Tillman and the Rev. John Pearl Tillman; and hersisters, Em Markham, Mazie King, Mamie Newton, Myrtis Griffin andEstella Starks.

Survivors are her sons, Jerry Bryant, of Brookhaven, and LarryTillman, of Glenwood, Ill.; her daughters, Anna Harris, ofColumbia, and Peggy Thompson, of Dolton, Ill.; her sister, LaPearlGoosby, of Chicago; her 14 grandchildren; and manygreat-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
