Services for Versie Kelly Jr., of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. onWednesday, May 5, at Siloam Missionary Baptist Church inBrookhaven, with burial in the church cemetery. Williams Mortuaryis in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 1 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home, withfamily hour from 6 until 7 p.m.

Mr. Kelly, 71, died April 26, 2010, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was born in LincolnCounty on May 7, 1938, to Versie Kelly Sr. and Addie FairmanKelly.

He was retired. He was a member of Siloam M.B. Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Deborah Kelly;his son, Versie Dale Buie; and his brothers, Robert Kelly, TyreeKelly, R.C. Kelly and Ira Kelly.

Survivors are his sons, David Kelly, Walter Earl Kelly and JerryKelly, all of Brookhaven; his daughters, Debbie Kelly, Linda Kelly,Kathlyn Kelly and Felicia Kelly, all of Brookhaven; hisstepchildren, Tasha and Jercovia; his brothers, Charles Kelly, ofBrookhaven, and J.C. Kelly, of Springfield, Mass.; his sisters,Virgie Mae Clark, of Brookhaven, and Geraldine Kelly, ofSpringfield; and his 11 grandchildren and 11great-grandchildren.
