Betty Joyce Malone

Graveside services for Betty Joyce Malone, formerly of Wesson,were 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18, at New Sight Baptist Church Cemetery.Community Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Malone, 56, died Jan. 10, 2010, in Minnesota. She was bornin Copiah County on Dec. 13, 1953, to E.G. Wallace and Lillian E.Partin Wallace.

She was disabled.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Johnnie H.Malone; her infant son; a sister; and her six brothers.

Survivors are a son, Johnnie Malone Jr. and wife, Brandi, ofMinnesota; a daughter, Diana Wilson and husband, David, ofBrookhaven; her sisters, Bea Twiner, of Hazlehurst, and Judy Jones,of McCall Creek; a half brother, Robert Earl Coley, of Vicksburg;her six grandchildren, Breanna Thomas, Aaron Cook, Meghan Hux,Laken Wilson, Olivia Malone and Matthew Malone; and her threegreat-grandchildren, Vernon Bessonette, Jay Dean Hux Jr. andRyleigh Nicholle Wilson; and a great-grandchild on the way,Brooklynne Hux.

Honorary pallbearers are Aaron Cook, Laken Wilson, GeraldWilson, Cody Britt, Jimmy Britt and Jay Hux.
