Services for Allie Mae Pickett, of McCall Creek, are 11 a.m.Thursday, Nov. 5, at Mt. Gilead Primitive Baptist Church withburial in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at Hartman-SharkeyFuneral Home in McComb and Thursday from 10 until 11 a.m. at thechurch.
Mrs. Pickett, 98, died Nov. 2, 2009, at Crown Health and Rehabin Natchez. She was born in Franklin County on March 22, 1911, toMarcus and Minnie Davis Dillon.
She was a homemaker and member of Mt. Gilead Primitive BaptistChurch.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, JewelPickett; a son, Billy Pickett; an infant daughter, Neva RaePickett; her brothers, A.P. Dillon, Columbus Dillon and BillDillon; her grandsons, Michael Pickett and Henry Pickett; and agreat-grandson, William Pickett.
Survivors are a son, Tom Pickett; her daughters, Marie Cothern,Ailene Foster, Faye Townsend, Patricia Moak, Beverly McEwen andRenae McCullough, all of McCall Creek; her 22 grandchildren; her 37great-grandchildren; and her 20 great-great-grandchildren.
