Services for Jerry Truman Case, of Brookhaven, will be held at 2p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 29, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel onJackson Street with burial in Macedonia Baptist ChurchCemetery.
Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home,and on Saturday from 8 a.m. until the time of the service.
Mr. Case, 68, died Dec. 27, 2007, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born in Lincoln County onAug. 6, 1939, to Claude V. Case and Gracie Smith Case.
He was retired after 18 years of service with the City ofBrookhaven. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death were his mother; his son, Chris Case; andhis brother, Paul Case.
Survivors are his wife, Louvenia Ann Case, of Brookhaven; hisfather, Claude V. Case, of Brookhaven; his daughters, TabbieMontgomery and husband Eddie, and Robbie Boyte and husband Tommy,all of Brookhaven; his brother, Phillip Case, of Brookhaven; hissister, Agnes Jordan, of Scottsboro, Ala.; his grandchildren,Stephanie Price, of Natchez, Bobby Price, Tiffany Smith and husbandJason, and Trudy LeRay and husband Gary, all of Brookhaven, andChristopher Case and wife Ashley, and Joshua Case, all of Thomson,Ga., and Thomas Boyte, of Jackson; his seven great-grandchildren;and numerous nieces and nephews.
