Services for Nellie Grace Hedgepeth Turner, of Silver Creek,were11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at Arm Baptist Church with burial inOld Arm Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home was in charge ofarrangements.

Mrs. Turner, 77, died Nov. 30, 2007, at Lawrence CountyHospital. She was born on Oct. 10, 1930, to Toxie Hedgepeth andZelma Lee Dunn Hedgepeth.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Arm Baptist Church,where she was a member of the senior women’s Sunday schoolclass.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, PatTurner; one daughter; two brothers; and one sister.

Survivors are her sons, Charlie Turner and wife Bessie, ofJayess, and Darrell Turner and wife Tina, of Silver Creek; herdaughter, Jan Howell and husband Jerry, of Jayess; her brothers,James Hedgepeth, of Monticello, and Carl Hedgepeth, of Jayess; hersisters, Ruth Nations and Geneva Nations, both of Natchez; sixgrandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
