Services for Eve Middleton, of Meadville, are 2 p.m. Sunday,Dec. 2, at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville with burial in MidwayCemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from noon until the time of the service atthe funeral home.

Mrs. Middleton, 83, died Nov. 29, 2007, at Meadville NursingHome. She was born in Monroe on Feb. 5, 1924, to Otis Norris andVirginia Laster Norris.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Springfield BaptistChurch in Natchez.

Preceding her in death were her husband; her parents; one son;one daughter; three sisters; and three brothers.

Survivors are her four sons, Ronald Middleton, of Washington,Donald Middleton, of Beaumont, Texas, Marvin Middleton, of Monroe,La., and Adrin Middleton, of Alabama; six daughters, DeloresAldridge, of Roxie, Louise Walters, of Natchez, Gloria Fruge, ofBaton Rouge, La., Linda Suggett, of Texas, and Elaine Carter, ofTexas, and Patricia Treason, of Braxton; her sister, Louvenia King,of Brookhaven; her brother, Hollis Norris, of Meadville; 23grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
