BA Cougars, CA Colonels hunting wins on road

The Brookhaven Academy Cougars are on the road Friday night atBaker, La., to meet the Central Private Rebels in a non-districtcontest. The game kicks off at 7 p.m.
In the other area academy game, Copiah Academy invades HillcrestChristian in south Jackson.
Parklane has an open date this week.
Brookhaven (2-2, 2-0) is coming off a big 27-0 District 4-AA winover Prentiss Christian. Central Private held off non-district foePresbyterian Christian for a 14-8 victory last Friday.
“Central Private looks pretty good,” said Brookhaven Academyhead football coach Bo Milton after watching the Rebels on film.”They are 3-1 and have a little bit of speed. Their running backcan go the distance. They run off tackle and run a fullbacktrap.”
