Services for Mae Bell Tyler, of Monticello, are 11 a.m. Monday,July 3, at Mt, Pleasant M.B. Church with burial in the churchcemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Monday from 10 until 11 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant M.B.Church.

Mrs. Tyler, 68, died June 29, 2006 at University Medical Center.She was born on June 24, 1938, to Hurley Tyler and Pawline CollinsTyler.

She was a member of Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church.

Preceding her in death were her her parents and her brother,Verneil Tyler.

Survivors are her stepmother, Alene Tyler, of Monticello; herdaughters, Ray Jean Johnson and her husband, Lester, of Gulfport,Joyce Merchant and her husband, Jerome, of Bogue Chitto, PaulaLoper, Kathy Tucker, Darlene Cameron and her husband, Stephen, andFaye Nell Kimble and her husband, Thomas, all of Monticello; herbrother, Alexander Tyler, of Monticello; her sister, Lynell Haynes,of Monticello; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; asister-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives andfriends.
