Services for Ronald Lee Lakin Sr., of Brookhaven, are 10 a.m.Saturday, May 13, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel withburial in Mt. Olive Church of Christ Cemetery in Bogue Chitto.

Visitation is Saturday from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Lakin, 61, died May 11, 2006, at his residence. He was bornon June 10, 1944, to Oran Lakin Sr. and Meryl Hundley Lakin.

He was retired from Lucent (AT&T). He was a member of theChristian/Unity faith.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Elizabeth Ann Williams Lakin; his sons,James Kitt and Ronald Lee Lakin Jr.; his daughters, ChristinaWheeler, Penny Willoughby and Lisa Melancon; his brother, OranLakin; his sister, Judy Walker; and his seven grandchildren.
